Thanks for all you have done for the research of Kundalini. Yours is the first site that really has an analysis of what is going on inside the body. I was able to fly when I had this awakening in 1979, and I do not know how I did it.. but later learned that I had done it in a past life as a Shaolin Kung Fu Master.. just like the movie "Crouching Tiger..." where they fly through trees. I remembered then where I had first learned this. So it seems we keep this Kundalini memory through our lifetimes. We are AWESOME!

Why is there no more talk (sermons) about mysticism now? Why does not the churches encourage spiritual practices? Why is there more talk and discussion about Meister Eckhart and the Rhineland mystics of his time?

Reading St John's pages this is a very fine website. The review states that the Non-Dual way leads to a new enbrace with altered consiousness. Agreed. But is the only and rightfull way? I doubt. The altered consiousness is also found in the more mathematical relevations as f.i. in Penrose's "the road to reality". Just as much sweat and tears to follow, to a shared understanding in ways the Non-Dual way cannot reach. I see these then as complementary.
