Thank you for writing this article. I've printed it out as my guideline. Recently, I had an intense experience that I can only describe as some sort of realization or enlightenment. I'm only twenty years old and have had no formal practice in meditation, but all in all, I am different from the average twenty year old, I won't go into the reasons why.

I believe there was a reason I had that sudden surge of wonderful emotions and fearlessness. I don't pretend to know anything about it, but hopefully meditation will give me some answers.
